This week, my blogs have focused on the power of staying in the present moment, even when it seems challenging to do so.
My hope is that these two posts encouraged each of us to take small moments out of our day to be mindful of what we are doing and what we have in our lives to be thankful for.
This journey may not always be easy, but it’s ours, right here, right now. That’s a gift.
As Marlena points out, the journey is ours, “right here, right now”. It is very easy to get lost in thinking about what life will be like after the pandemic. Of course, it will also be “right here right now” in each moment after the pandemic and being present is a great habit to fall into ever more deeply.
