Happy to say that Ed and I have made it back from our trip to pack up our former home in Arizona.

While I’m proud of how quickly and efficiently we were able to achieve our task, I have to admit we really are too old for the kind of effort that such a quick move requires.

As we made our way through the piles of boxes, and then again through the expansive terrain of the California highways, Ed and I kept asking each other, “Whose dumb idea was this?”

In the end, the only thing that matters is we did it together.
